Tuan Sayed Ibrahim Wafa Bin Sayed Ismat is the Director of TKAY LAND & DEVELOPMENT (M) SDN BHD.

Tuan Sayed Ibrahim Wafa is a graduate of Universiti Teknologi Malaysia majoring in Power Electrical Engineering. After graduating, he ventured into business by establishing the company TK VISION CORPORATION (M) SDN BHD in 2007 by providing IT Solution and Audio Visual technology services and held the position of Managing Director.

In 2010, he established another company TK FARMAS SOLUTION & INDUSTRIES in the field of pharmaceuticals and supplying health products. With more than 8 years of experience, he began to strengthen the various skills, knowledge, experience and competence required in real estate development until he had full confidence to start his own business venture. This has prompted him to establish another real estate company which is TKAY LAND & DEVELOPMENT (M) SDN BHD.
